THS3217: NEED IBIS MODEL

I am writing to request the IBIS model for the THS3217IRGVT. Our team is currently working on a project that requires detailed simulation and analysis of this component, and having access to the IBIS model would be invaluable to our efforts.

Could you please provide the IBIS model for the THS3217IRGVT, or direct me to where I can download it from your website?

    Hello Shyam,

    IBIS models are for digital I/O pins, which are not common in the HSAMPS product line.  The THS3217 only has two digital pins, used to select between logic HIGH and LOW on the PATHSEL and DISABLE lines.

    We are unable to provide an entire IBIS model as the device only has 16.25% of its pins as digital I/O. Additionally, these pins do not represent or enable the primary function of this device, as the analog pins are more critical for modelling and are modelled in SPICE models found on the project page.

    Do you have specific questions or concerns about the PATHSEL or DISABLE pins/lines?  My team and I can support your questions, but we are not able to produce and provide an IBIS model.  Our TI IBIS models consist of three datasets, which handle voltage & current relationships, voltage & load/termination relationships, and capacitor compensation relationships.
