Tool/software:

We are using TI rail to rail AMP as the input of SAR ADC. We found that the bandwidth of AMP will impact SAR ADC value, but the input of AMP is a DC voltage. 

Why does the bandwidth of rail to rail AMP impact SAR ADC value with a DC voltage?

    It is likely that your ADC has a sampling capacitor, and that it requires a much larger external storage capacitor. Without it, the opamp must be able to quickly recharge the sampling capacitor.
