AMC1200: Application issues.

Part Number: AMC1200

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

Used AMC1200.

Problem point:  ICT testing found that the sampling current deviation was too large when testing U-CUR and V-CUR.   The defect rate exceeds 15%.

1. After directly replacing AMC1200 from different batches, the test was OK.
2. It is also OK to perform pin soldering or high-temperature baking on the NG tested material.
But there was still one piece of board heating that was ineffective, and replacing it with a new optocoupler was also okay.
Help analyze the reason, thank you!

  • Hi Reed,

The schematic attached is blurry on our end, could you please re-send this so we can review it?

What piece of the board heating was ineffective?

What did you change between replacing the AMC1200 device before and after the test passed?

Please let me know, thank you.

    Best regards,

    Eva
