TLV2252AM: Why is the output unstable with op amps like the TLV2252?

Tool/software:

Even though the input conditions are the same with op amps like yours, the TLV2252A, sometimes there is output,
and sometimes there is no output. The waveform of the synchroscope has many spikes that are detected when noise is occurring.

As a countermeasure, make the GND pattern thicker.
The power supply seems to be stable.
Are there any other countermeasures?

Hello Yoshii-san,

Does unstable mean out oscillation or output turn on and off? This op amp have limited output current drive, is the load too heavy, (high current demand)?

When the power is turned on and off, it sometimes works correctly and sometimes does not work at all.
Details: When the power is turned on and off and a voltage is applied to the op amp,

does the OUT pin remain stable and output the expected pulse?

Or does it sometimes remain at 0V?

In that sense, the operation is unstable.

Are not aware of this effect on TLV2252. Do you have captured waveforms for this effect? Also look for voltage transients below ground on the device pins.
