Dear TI expert,
I'm testing the component in the simple configuration and not able to work. I don't know what is the problem.
Tested on bare PCB with no other component or circuit mounted.
- As soon as power supply is turned on it goes to CC mode
- If the CC limit is increased, device heats up
- Replaced device multiple times and tested but not working
- Output is not connected
- Short between 2 3 and 4 5 are made using leads on the PCB
- Lot: 2181820HFT
Below is the test configuration:
I can share the schematic and layout but it won't help as there is nothing else mounted. And the voltage drop is across V+ and V-.
Can you please suggest what am I missing?
