Could either of you help me out and find out if the ESDS sensitivity class for OPA340MDBVTEP / V62/08618-01XE is for HBM or CDM?

The V62/08618-01XE drawing just lists Class 1 and does not specify.

Alex,

OPA340-EP HBM rating is +/-600V while CDM +/-250V - see below.

OK - just to clarify, that table is from the OPA340 datasheet. The higher qual (-EP) material set will not impact ESD ratings? Appreciate the quick response!

-EP parts undergo additional qualifications, among them testing across wider temperature range, but this in itself does not change ESD ratings of the part, which is a function of the wafer process used, circuit layout and robustness of the ESD protection diodes - all the same in standard catalog and -EP parts.
