INA186: Extended temperature part

Hello,

1. We are currently using INA186A1IDDFR in our design whose minimum operating temperature is -40degree , do we have a similar part most likely footprint compactible which is -55 degree rated without much of price difference.

2. Similar to above query , is there a part replacement for TL331LVDBVR which is -55degree rated. Need is a single channel open drain comparator with same spec.

3. Also, part similar to TLV1811DCKR which is -55degree , need is a push pull comparator.

4. Could you suggest part with below spec ,

General Purpose opamp providing rail to rail output , -55 degree operating temperature , Max supply range 5.5V or 18V. We are using this as an non inverting amplifier.

1. Here is the list of all current-sense amplifiers that support −55 °C: ti.com/amplifier-circuit/current-sense/analog-output/products.html#1192=-55;85 The only device available in the DDF package is the INA190-EP.

2. Here is a list of single-channel open-drain comparators: ti.com/amplifier-circuit/comparators/products.html#116=Open-collector;Open-drain&480=1&1192=-55;70&2955=5;6 You probably want the TL331-EP.

3. Here is a list of push/pull comparators: ti.com/amplifier-circuit/comparators/products.html#116=Push-Pull&480=1&1192=-55;70 The TLV3012-EP and TLV3603E are not similar.

4. Here is a list of opamps with rail-to-rail outputs: ti.com/amplifier-circuit/op-amps/general-purpose/products.html#78=Out&1192=-55;70

2. Please note that even though TL331-EP has an extended temperature range when compared to the TL331LV, they are not the same spec. TL331LV is rail-to-rail input has an input common mode voltage range of 0V to VCC, while TL331-EP has an input common mode voltage from 0V to VCC - 2V across all temps.

3. Please take a look at the enhanced product version of the TLV1812: TLV1812-EP data sheet, product information and support | TI.com. This part is currently unreleased and the datasheet is a preview.
