Hi,

I would like to know please if TLV7041 has same parameter as in TLV7081 DS - Input Leakage Current?

Also, i would like to know please if TLV7081 can come in SOT-23 or SC70 package?

    Hi Udi,

    Since TLV7041 and TLV7081 are two different devices are two separate datasheets, TLV7041 does not have the same parameter as TLV7081 for the input leakage current. Only the TLV7081 has the input leakage current specification guaranteed by the datasheet.

    TLV7081 only comes in the leadless 4-bump WCSP (YKA) package.

    Hi HO,

    Many thanks for your reply.

    Do you know if TI can publish/send the input leakage current value of TLV7041? or it was not tested?

    My concern is if i connect a battery to input (through resistors divider) under condition of V(supply)=0V, the input will cause high leakage current from the battery.

    Hi Udi,

    I apologize, but I cannot share internal validation data on the public forums.

    Though not guaranteed by the datasheet EC table, the TLV7041 inputs should still be high impedance under a Vcc = 0V condition. This is because the TLV7041 has fail-safe inputs with no upper clamps. You shouldn't turn on any internal ESD structures as long as the input voltage levels remain below abs max.
