I want to design a 60dB low-noise amplifier for ultrasonic signal amplification, with a center frequency of 400KHz and a bandwidth of around 100KHz. Please recommend a suitable operational amplifier chip, preferably with reference circuit design. Thank you.

OPA928 has too low GBW (2.5MHz) and too high broadband noise (15nV/rt-Hz) for 60dB ultrasonic low noise amplification. A more suitable op amp for said application would be OPA828 with GBW of 45MHz and broadband noise of 4nV/rt-Hz), resulting in -3dB bandwidth of 2MHz and 7.5mVrms total noise - see below.
