ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=INA132U/2K5 confirms that all devices assembled in Malaysia have MSL 1.

I'd guess that during the switch from the 150 mm dies to 200 mm dies, there were both MSL 1 and MSL 3 devices, and so the ordering table showed the worst case. Now that the switch is completed, there are only MSL 1 devices, but the table has not been updated.

Thanks for this return, but in the datasheet it still MSL 3 and for all our old deliveries we received part with MSL 3, MPN is INA132U/2K5 in yellow.

Hi Marwa,

It is correct that you should be receiving MSL1 for post-PCN devices (TID as the fab CSO). I will look into getting the ordering table updated with our internal team.
