Tool/software:
hi
1.what is the min/max of input bias current I-B and I-OS?
2.what will be the power consumptions when supply voltage at MAX 42V?
HI Sho,
1. The TLV9352-Q1 data sheet does not provide a maximum spec of the maximum input bias current, and we can not provide assurances of maximum specifications beyond the data sheet specs but only estimates. An estimate of maximum IB and IOS current at 25°C is around ±40pA based (4-sigma)
In CMOS amplifiers, the input bias current can double every 10°C of temperature increase at temperatures above 75C. Therefore, the IB, IOS can vary with temperature and can be up to ±150pA typical over the extended temperature range of -40C to +125C as shown on data sheet Figure 5-13.
2. The TLV9352-Q1 is only specified for operation to 40V max supply where it consumes a maximum current of 800µA at 25°C, and a maximum of 850µA at the extended temperature range -40°C to +125°C.
Per the Absolute Maximum Ratings table, 42V, is the maximum voltage the device can withstand during a fault. This is not the device normal operation, hence the data sheet does not provide any spec assurances under those fault conditions. An estimate of current consumption will be similar to 40, close to 850µA. However, keep in mind, as discussed in the data sheet: Absolute Maximum Ratings do not imply functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions beyond those listed under Recommended Operating Conditions. If used outside the Recommended Operating Conditions but within the Absolute Maximum Ratings, the device may not be fully functional, and this may affect device reliability, functionality, performance, and shorten the device lifetime.
Thank you and Kind Regards,
Luis
