Hello TI Team,
Our customer, Skyloom is a satellite customer, and they have utilized TI component INA240PMPWPSEP in their design. This product has been recalled by TI and the functionality that the chip did not have is what they required.
Skyloom has previously communicated directly to TI that the alternate part they suggested (INA901-SP) is not a viable solution for their needs. This issue has been made clear to TI in the past, and as a result, Skyloom is seeking other options, including credit or a suitable replacement.
- Please see the component Lot Number and Date Code, which should be sufficient for them to verify the authenticity of the parts upon receipt (if they authorize a return):

The credit should be for 321 components. Please advise the best way to proceed.
