OPA277: OPA277

Part Number: OPA277

Tool/software:

Please check the below part, we received marking - not sure it's correct marking.

CPN: COB24-205189-277

PO SPO016220

Assembly site code : A = ?

Assembly site code : K = ?

Spec datasheet: OPA 277U A

               Actual: OPA 277U K

Is it the correct part?

  • "A" indicates the cheaper variant with worse electrical characteristics. TI shipped you non-A chips for logistical reasons because you're a nice customer.

"K" probably indicates the assembly site; there is only one (Malaysia).

  • Hi Helen,

Please check out Clemens comments. UA with "A" is the lower grade of the screened OPA277 amplifiers. U is higher grade and the cost may be slightly higher than UA grade in general.

If you have other questions, please let us know.

    Best,

    Raymond
