Tool/software:
Due to the data sheet update, the REN has changed.
Changes from Revision B (September 2020) to Revision C (April 2024)
It seems that REN (EN pin resistance to GND) will change from Max 900Ω to 2400kΩ,and in order to suppress the inrush current on the power input side, I am trying to take measures by adding a capacitor (10μF) to the EN terminal to groundand delaying the output current, but will this have any impact due to the change in the internal chip?
E.g. on output timing and immunity resistance.
Hi,
EN pin has very high input impedance, so you may use large resistor and small cap for RC delay on EN signal. 10uF on EN pin may cause EN pin voltage higher than VIN pin when turn-off input voltage, so you need to add clamp diode between EN and VIN pin.
