INA149: INA149 Simulation Model Inquiry

Tool/software:

I received the INA149 simulation model from the web and ran it.
The offset voltage is listed as 350uV in the datasheet as a typical value.
The result is 50uV for the TINA model and 60uV for the PSpice model.
There is a big difference from the typical value of 350uV in the datasheet.
Please check.

Hi Lee,

I tried to replicate your simulation both in TINA and PSpice and was unable to get the same results as you did. I did see that our TINA simulation is not properly configured and we will work to fix this and upload a new model as soon as we can.

I recommend referencing the typical distribution plot that shows the input offest voltage distribution (Figure 25).

Hi Lee,

I have attached a TINA file that can be used as a temporary solution to model the INA149. Please note as I mentioned earlier to reference the datasheet typical graphs and specification table for typical behavior.
