Can i know the process technology/Wafer technology  of the above mentioned Part number(TLE2142AMD)for our  critical aerospace applications, our client required to provide these data . thank you

    TLE2142AMD is designed with bipolar Si Technology, shown in the equivalent block diagram. 

    The following package is suited for aerospace application.
