OPA928: Compare photodiode amplifier options

Part Number: OPA928

Tool/software:

Hello,

I am working on a photodiode stage based on an integrator using a JFET op-amp and a reed relay to reset the integrator.

The photodiode current is in the range [0, 10pA] with an integration time of 2s.

I would like to modify this stage to avoid using a reed relay to reset the integrator and to add an offset compensation  The integrator is replaced by a transimpedance stage and the integrator integrates a higher current.

I would like to be able to compare performances of different stages especially the signal/noise ratio.

I am not familiar with the estimate of the noise and I would like to know what is the best approach.

Ideally I would like to find an application note with an example I could follow to match my application.

Shall I use the noise analysis in Tina?

Thanks for your help.
