Yes, as Clemens mentioned, eventually all devices will be the TiB silicon design with the Q15 clamp.

Production testing will still separate the guaranteed specifications, but they will all be the same die.

Yes. The TiB internal structure (die) is a newer, modern design than the 50+ year old Ji1 die.

We removed all the "old" graphs as the "old" Ji1 die is no longer in production.

The "new" internal schematic now has the additional gain stage and the Q15 clamp - as shown in the appnote - to better reflect the die now in the marketplace and into the future.

Thanks Clemens for the support.  Only deviation from your last comment is that the new die is not quite identical to LM393B.  When operating in the recommended range, you are 100% correct.  however, when operating outside, the clamp circuit will force the comparator output low instead of High Z.  This makes the new TiB silicon behave in the same fashion as the classic die.  This is not a recommended range of operation, thus it should not change performance at all as mentioned.
