INA186: INA186A1IDDFR Alternate part with BW>100kHz

Is there any part which is pin to pin compactible/ drop in replacement for INA186A1IDDFR with higher bandwidth >100kHz or with Settling time < 1us.

Please suggest!

Hi Asha,

We don't have anything that exaclty P4P with the INA186, however, the INA241 is a higher performance device with the desired bandwidth, settling time and same package.

Here are a list of devices with a BW >100k in a SOT-23 package, however please note they aren't P4P with the INA186.

We are using DDF Package 8 Pin IC. Do we have any of that with lesser settling time?

Hi Asha,

Please take a look at our INA241 and INA296, they both have settling times under 1us and come in DDF (SOT-28,8) package.
