Hello Sagar,
The input voltage limit of the LM393B is Vcc-2V, or +3V on a +5V supply.
If the hall sensor output is capable of outputting >3V, then it will violate the LM393 input range.

There is also the possibility of using the LM393LV, which has a R-R input and should work fine.
