Hello John,
The "Q" is for the extended temp range of -40 to 125C.
C = Commercial = 0 to 70C
I = Industrial = covers several ranges, but most commonly -40 to 85C (or 105C).
Q = -40 to 125C (Q1 Grade 1)
M = Military = -55 to 125C
E = Extended = various Can range from -55 to 150C and Grade 0.
Mystery solved!
Hello John,
And to be clear - Q100 qualified devices will have a "Q1" as the very end of the orderable part number
Having a "Q" anywhere else does not necessarily mean it is Q100 qualified.
Thank you Paul! I will let the customer reply on this thread if there are further questions.
Regards,
John
