ISO124: The failure modes of ISO124P

Part Number: ISO124

Tool/software:

According to the manual, ISO124P has two functional modules, G=6 and G=1, inside. In reality, the external output of ISO124P is 1. If the internal G=1 module or 200kΩ or A2 fails, will it cause the output ratio to increase, thereby amplifying the signal? My understanding of the internal design of the device is limited. Please assist in conducting theoretical analysis to determine if the above-mentioned problems exist. Also, please provide feedback on whether there have been any faults in history where the power module output high voltage and the ISO124P output ratio was greater than 1, and what the failure rate was?
