OPA814: About Figure 6-21

I have doubts about the graph in Figure 6-21 of the OP814 datasheet, which shows Current Noise Density vs Frequency (it differs too much from the characteristic curves of OPA656N and other op-amps). It seems that this graph does not match the typical 11fA/√Hz@f>100kHz.

    Hi Masaru,

    I believe this is an error that you found. This should be a spot noise value at 100kHz not >100kHz. The value at 100kHz should also be around 5fA/√Hz not 11fA/√Hz. I have submitted to correct this bug, and it should be corrected the next time this datasheet is revised.
