OPA567: linear TEC function about opa567

opa567 can output a maximum current of 2A when doing TEC function, is there a similar chip with linear TEC function, the output current reaches more than 4A or above, thank you!

Hi,

This is possible with some of our devices, but we also need to consider the voltage drop across the driver amps to evaluate if the device will have safe operating area issues.

Generally, I would recommend OPA541 or OPA549. We are also releasing a next generation OPA541 type device next month.

What voltage ranges are you planning to use? What will be the supply rail here?
