OPA4820: Package Thermal Resistances

Hello,

I was wondering if there is any more information regarding thermal resistances for the following parts/packages. They have a theta_JA listed, but was hoping for a theta_JC value. Is that data available?

  • OPA4820: TSSOP-14
  • LMH6622: DGK

    Hello Alex,

      We submitted the request to obtain the full standard thermal values that include theta_JC value. These requests usually take about 2 weeks to be fulfilled. I let you know when I receive the data.
