OPA189: Using OPA189 as buffer

Part Number: OPA189
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA187,

Tool/software:

I am currently using a buffer with the OPA187 but I realized that It has a max offset of 25uV. I was wanting an Amplifier with a much reduced offset value which brings me back to the OPA189. Can I simply switch the amplifiers or am I required to add a load/other components to it?

I also need for the input to be as close to the output as possible. I am mainly using it to separate my input from other nodes.
