TLV9004: Good enough to drive 16bit ADC?

Hello team,

Is TLV9004 noise performance good enough to drive 16bit ADC?

I would like to drive ADC131M02 but need to attenuate my 5V single-end input signal to +/-1.2V differential signal before the ADC.

ADC131M02 is 24bit ADC, but only 16bit is needed.

I read this as 0Hz to 8khZ

Therefore Vos matters. Application is 5V swing in and 2.4V swing out, noise (and Vos) gain 2.4/5+1 = 1.5

Assuming ADC full scale is 2.4V, down 16 bits is 2.4V/2^16 = 37uV

TLV9002 VOS can be up to 2mV. Error up to 2mV*1.5 = 3mV

3mV >> 37uV , so for DC alone TLV9001 is not 16 bit accurate.
