LM2901B: Question on d/s

Here's the Current Module + OPA + Comparator/LM2901B in UPS application.

We would like to ask if you could help inquire about the LM2901B comparator. According to the datasheet, it mentions two Test Conditions with their respective definitions:  What're that definition?

  1. Input overdrive = 5mV, input step = 100mV
  2. TTL input with Vref = 1.4V

Currently, the customer's actual probe measurement waveform is shown in the diagram below. 

 

LM339_peter.png We'd like to ask if the slope of the inductor current increase in this waveform can be considered as TTL level?
