The TLV9002 cannot drive a 1nF load and be stable. As a general rule of thumb, to allow for changes in Process and Temperature, we recommend a target phase margin of approximately 45 degrees. For the TLV900x family, this would limit cap loads to 200pF. In order to maintain stability with a 1nF load, you would need to add series resistance. So if 1nF is not required, plan on reducing this to something closer to 200pF.

Customer added 10Kohm series resistor instead of changing the value of capacitor to set time constant to 10us.
