Regarding OPA2863AIDSNR, could you tell me the recommended land pattern, its dimensions and the dimensions of the Thermal pad?

Previous answers about OPA2863's thermal pad is linked to DRV10963 datasheet, however there aren't any about dimensions of the Thermal pad due to 2 years ago answer.

The dimensions of thermal pad and the package is given in the mechanical data section of OPAx863A datasheet for all packages. For DSN, please refer to page 37.
