Hi,

 

I am trying to simulate chnage in output voltage with change in temperature. How to do this in LT spice. 

How can we simulate change in Vos from min to max in LT spice?

 

How to simulate variation in output and ground current with change in temperature for TPS7A1601.

    Hi Anurag, 

    We offer Tina Ti and support that simulator. We are unable to support LT Spice. Tina Ti is a free download that can be found here:

    https://www.ti.com/tool/TINA-TI

    The TLV9101 model like most other op amp models is a behavioral model which means it only reflects the typical performance at room temperature. For over temperature analysis I recommend using the typical characteristic curves in the data sheet for the over temperature performance.
