I want to know the thermal resistance of OPA453.

The value I want to know is heat pad side, does anyone know the value?

Please help me with this question.

Yasuhiro-san,

The thermal resistance is shown at the bottom of page 4 of the data sheet as 3'C/W. This is the thermal resistance from junction to the thermal mounting pad on the back side.
