LM339 unused gate terminastion

Customer request;

I am using LMV339M in a design. This package has (4) gates insides. I am not using all of the gates. What do I do with the unused gates? The data sheet did not mention anything.

Hi Tom,

Ground the unused inputs and leave the outputs unconnected.

The National LM1/2/339 datasheet mentions this in the second paragraph of the Application Hints section.

Just search for LM339-N

Duplicate National parts have a -N suffix.
