LMH6881: Non connected pins

The amplifier datasheet describes three pins marked as non-connected: 1, 14 and 18.

However in the evaluation board, these pins are connected:

  • Pin 1: decoupled to GND through 100 nF capacitor
  • Pin 14: 4k99 pullup
  • Pin 18: decoupled to GND through 100 nF capacitor

Which are recommendation for designs?
