Choose of transimpedance amplifier

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA105, OPA381

Dear TI team,

I'm choosing Op Amp for transimpedance amplifier for photodiode in pirometr. I choosed configuration from fig.10 in http://www.ti.com/general/docs/litabsmultiplefilelist.tsp?literatureNumber=sboa035. Photodiode capacitance is 50pF. First I looked at OPA381 instead of OPA111 and PGA204 instead of INA105. But problem is that in pirometr will be used +/-15V supply. As I understand for using this configuration I should use +/-2.5V supply for OPA381 to get negative voltage from reverse photodiode current. And it will be tricky to get this voltage from initial with minimum number of ICs. Could I use another variants (i.e. VSP=-5V and VSN=0V) of voltage supply for Op Amp with reverse current to achive negative voltage on it? If there is no others variants could you advise another Op Amps for transimpedance amplifier?
