For TLV272/ TLV271 maximum quiescent current is 0.66 mA. Please check the tabulation(PARA,ETRICS) in this link: http://www.ti.com/product/TLV272

For TLV272/ TLV271 Typical quiescent current (at 5V,25'C temperature) is 550 uA(550 micro ampere). Please check the data sheet (page number-1) at this link http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tlv272.pdf
