OPA2316S current consumption in sleep mode

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA316, OPA4316, OPA2316

Hello, TI team!

Could you please advise what is current consumption in sleep mode for OPA2316S.

And what time is needed to go from sleep to active mode?

Regards,

Alexey

  • Hello Alexey,

Everything that I searched on the TI web site indicates that the OPA2316S is not yet available. I am not finding a specific TI web page for the OPA2316/ OPA2316S, only the OPA316. And, the OPA316/ OPA2316/ OPA4316 data sheet isn't showing any shutdown specifications in the Electrical Characteristics table.

This isn't anything official, but if I had to estimate what the OPA2316S shutdown current consumption will be I expect it similar to what is listed for the OPA2322S. Since the OPA2316S will be a lower current amplifier the OPA2322S the enable times will probably be a bit longer.

Sorry I don't have anything more definite at this time.

    Regards, Thomas
