I unfortunately have nothing found about THS6186 on internet. Only THS6182 and THS6184.

Where can I find out more information about this chip?

Hello Samir.

This driver from MA5600 DSLAM service board. I think that this drivers are broken by lightning surge.
I'm looking for a replacement and I need any information about this chip.

Unfortunately the information for this particular part is proprietary and cannot be shared externally. You will need to contact the manufacturer (Huawei??) of the part regarding the failure and resolving your issue. Sorry I could not be of further assistance.
