LM339 - Vicr, Vi range

Would you mind if we ask LM339?

<Q1>
About Vicr, the datasheet shows that Vicr range are "25°C 0 to Vcc–1.5", "Full range 0 to Vcc-2.0".
So, IN+ and IN-(both) must satisfy this range, mustn't they?

<Q2>
Input voltage range (either input), VI is -0.3 to36V.
That's why, if no suply to Vcc and VI suply voltage the range -0.3 to36V,
VI isn't broken, right?

We'd like to confirm about <A1>.

One input satisfies for a correct input range, but other input does't satisfy VCC-2.0V(of cource, in range of 30V).
Is it OK to use?

We only have one additional question.

ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS of Output voltage range is 36V.
About output, in case of no supply to Vcc, is it possible to endure until 36V, isn't it?

OK, 36V, but that's the absolute maximum.
