We have for several years used the TL084C in a transimpedance amplifer circuit. Since we needed to extend the temperature range we changed the TL084C to a TL084Q. We now find that the output noise has increased by a factor of 4 (all measurements done at RT). If we change back to a TL084C the noise is back to the lower level again.
Does anyone have an idea how this can happen?
