I am looking for low current and low cost comparator. LMV393I is matched with our requirement.

However the specification is not specified on the datasheet.

How can we get the specification for LMV393I?

Is LMV393I same as LMV393?

Koji-san,

LMV393 and LMV393I are the same. The "I" is the temperature grade. There is only one temperature grade for LM393.

Koji-san,

The web reference is a duplicate; there should be no LMV393I column.
The part number has no web link and the 'sample and buy' link is dead.
Oddly it does have the correct ICC per channel. Maybe this is how the duplicate came into existence.

Thank you for your quick reply.
I am looking for a comparator which is satisfied the below requirements.

- Dual
- VDD = over 5V
- Output type : Open collector / Open Drain ( Push pull is oK but Open collector / drain is best.)
- Low Iq : under 100uA per channel
- Small Pkg and Low cost

I tihnk LMV393 and LMV393-N and TLV7256 are better choice.

Koji-san,

Yes those are devices up 5V. Do you need higher voltage?
