THS4150/4151 spacing

I am going to be putting 3 THS4151 circuits on a board.  Is there a minimum spacing I should maintain between them?

    Hello Daniel,
    There is really no fixed value for minimal spacing. Too close and you may have trouble with routing the individual signals. Follow the layout recommendations on page 19 of the datasheet for each channel of the THS4150. Once you do that you can try to get each of the 3 channels as close to each other without sacrificing the layout recommendations. Bypass caps are going to be important so make sure you follow rule 2 closely. If possible use a power plane for the positive and negative supply in addition to the ground plane. Doing this will enable you to make a compact layout without compromising the routing needs for signal integrity.
