XTR106 input voltage range

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: XTR106

Hello,  I am using the XTR106 with a Honeywell bridge pressure sensor.  The bridge resistance is about 5.4k ohms.  We are able to calibrate our FS range using a dead-weight tester between 4 and 20 mA with no problem.  But when we use a load of 250 ohms, the input voltage range is no longer what is advertised.  We expect it to still operate and get the FS range of 4-20mA down to under 9V (the part claims 7.5V),  but the upper range of the current starts to fall off at about 11.5V.  It does work much better with a load resistance of 100 ohms, but many times our customers use a 250 ohm load to develop a voltage which an ADC reads.  Please take a look at my schematic and tell me if you see anything that is suspect.  I appreciate your help.
