I am going to combine two system (Level and Temperature) by using reference design from Tipd161.

I have question about RTD, what kind of RTD is preferable or which RTD being tested in your testing results.

    TIPD161 was tested with precision resistors to eliminate errors from the RTD sensor itself.  That said, we performed testing with 3-wire Class A PT 100 RTD and the system worked very well. 

    All RTDs have a certain error tolerance as defined in the DIN/IEC-60751 and ITS-90 which I've copied below for reference.  Depending on the final system accuracy you're trying to achieve you can select an RTD that matches well with the performance results shown in TIPD161.
