Hello,
I've got a question about the input bias currents on the LMP2012 :
The "5V DC Electrical Characteristics" table in the datasheet specifies a typical input current of -3pA at 25 degrees C and a common mode of 2.5V, however Figure 6 suggests a figure between 100pA and 150pA at the same conditions.
I did a quick test with an LMP2012 using a 100MΩ feedback resistor, and the current I measured was about 600pA (60mV at the output) while running on +2.5V and -2.5V rails (whether the noninverting input was connected to ground with a 1k resistor or a short, the result was the same).
Is it possible that the -3pA given in the "5V DC Electrical Characteristics" table is a typo, and the actual typ input bias current values are slightly higher than the +/-23pA of the newer LMP2022?
I'm actually interested in the LMP2012QML-SP part (for a space project) rather than the standard LMP2012, but I was looking at the datasheet of the COTS LMP2012 to find more information on the behaviour of input bias currents to better account for them in the system budget.
Thanks in advance for any clarification
