Hi Team,

The customer needs to select a transimpedance amplifier.

Here are the customer's requirements:

1. The magnification of the transimpedance  amplifier is needed higher than 50KV/A.

2. The bandwidth can be less than 10MHZ.

Q1: Can you recommend a suitable amp?

Q2: I see OPA381. Can OPA381 meet customer's  requirements?

Q3: Is the value of the RF resistance the magnification for OPA381? If it is, how to determine this value of the RF resistance? What is the max value of the RF resistance?

    Hello Mickey,

    In order to suggest the appropriate amplifier, the photodiode capacitance is also needed. Can you please let me know what that is. Please see the attached 2-part blog series with a link to an excel calculator which will help determine the amplifier bandwidth needed.
