TLV521: offset voltage vs output current over 2mA

Hello,

Our customer want to know the input offset voltage data with higher output current, for example, 10mA and 20mA,

however, in the datasheet p7 figure 8 and 9, that is only described up to 2mA.

Could anyone provide that ?

Hello Hiro,

The input offset voltage would increase with higher output current, but at this time I do not have any additional plot/data to the ones in the datasheet to share with you. I will provide you an update as soon I receive the information.

Following up on your question, there is no test data available for the plot of Vos vs sourcing current beyond 2 mA.
