LM248: LM248 Junction-to-case resistance

I am looking for the junction-to-case resistance for LM248D, and was unable to find it on the datasheet or website. Is that available?

Model data is not available. I requested a new model. This usually takes 3 days, but could be as long as 14.

Theta JC, top : 46.0 C/W
Theta JB : 44.7 C/W
Psi JT : 11.6 C/W
Psi JB : 44.4 C/W

Theta JC is useful if you plan to put a heatsink on top the device.
Psi JT is useful if you plan to calculate junction temperature based on top of case temperature.
