OPA2170: Thermal Pad Connection DSG WSON Package

Hello,

The OPA2170 datasheet shows a DSG / WSON package.

I don't see it as an orderable package on TI.com.
Is this package option available?

If so, should the thermal pad be connected to Ground?
Or could it be left floating?

Hi Keith,

The thermal pad on all recent op amps should be connected to a plane with the same potential as the V- pin.

Keith,

I confirmed with our team today that there were a few delays in the release of the DSG package which have been overcome. The product will release to market in mid/late January.
