Had it Thermal PAD in LF198QML?

I can't search about Thermal PAD on datasheet.

    Hello Gerald,

    I need to clarify a few things because it can be confusing.

    "LF198QML" is the generic name and product page for the mil grade LF198.  

    "LF198QML-SP" is the generic name and product page for the space grade LF198. 

    LF198QML is also the name of the datasheet that covers both the mil and space grade versions of the part.

     The mil grade only comes in a metal can.  The space grade only comes in a ceramic "gullwing" package, which is a fltat pack with the leads triimmed and formed to match the footprint of a standard SOIC package. Neither package has a heatsink.
